Product

Ultra-High Performance Concrete or UHPC, is a new metallic reinforced cementitious-based material with extraordinary properties. UHPC can be used in a variety of bridge solutions to include joint fills, overlays, pier jacketing and a variety of rehabilitation and other innovative applications.

UHPC Solutions was developed to expand the use and adaption of UHPC in the infrastructure rehabilitation market in North America.

BRIDGE OVER FLOYD RIVER, SHELDON IOWA USA

A bridge in Sioux County, Iowa was the first US project to use our new machine paved, restorative overlay solution. This two lane, two-span continuous bridge project was successfully completed in May 2018.

CHILLON VIADUCTS, VAUD SWITZERLAND

Two parallel highways with great cultural value needed rehabilitation due to early signs of the alkali-aggregate reaction (AAR) in 2012. Ultra High Performance Fiber Reinforced cement-based Composite (UHPFRC) was the best solution because of protection from water ingress, increasing strength of existing concrete, and maintaining cultural value through a non-invasive project.
